Clutch install need HELP!

hey guys, i just finished installing the act clutch and got it all put back together.
problem is that the clutch pedal is VERY hard to push down,
i tried starting the car in first and the car would jump like the clutch is not down.
almost like the clutch is not disengaging.
after talking to joe evo, he said it might be the throw out bearing.
any thoughts?
thanks in advance.

btw the install and support from JOE EVO is Super..
also clutch and brakes has been bleed.

Easy way to check TOB is pull access plug from under car and take a look-see (the one you removed to pop the tob out)

OOps, the tob is tricky. The tech that did my clutch replacement showed me how it differs slightly from the stock one. Your clutch came with instrutions covering this. I know what you will be doing this weekend.

i know what happened now.. the spring that locks on to the tob came loose.. so i popped it back in.. but it still does not grab the tob.. my guess is the ring behind the spring thingy came off. so after diner i shall do the install over again.

how long does the job take you to do? I have done about 20pluss honda clutches and about 3 awd DSM clutchs. But my dealer says they will put my new clutch in for free i just have to buy it. Im trying to figure out if I wan the dealer touching my ride. The tech there has done at least 3 clutchs on evo's though. what ya think
