AFAIK it has everything needed to make it a bolt-in swap.. Which is why these particular blocks were recommended to me.

I will go through my notes to find out which two specific blocks and cranks were recommended. These were recommendations by two different builders who have both built some potent 4G64 stroker motors with Evo Heads here in the northeast.
