Timing Belt question

My cars coming up on 48K miles. Since i purchased it used, im not sure if the belt was previously replaced. Im not sure how tough this belt is on the evo. Im getting ready for a cam gear install. Should i go ahead and upgrade this to a HD timing belt while im at it? Just wondering if this is over kill or worth the money since im taking the OEM of anyway for the install.

I would since you have 48k on the odometer I am using a greddy timing belt and their balancer belt but Toda makes one if you can find it. Overkill if you dont beat on your car but most evo owners drive it.

Just do it. Belts are cheap insurance.

There's no good reason not to replace the belt and multiple reasons why you should.
