Talking 280 Cams Installed !!!!!! Wow !!!

Hey Guys,
Last night at the shop we had some free time, finally !!, and decided to put in the new HKS 280 Cams, AEM cam gears, and ARP Head Studs. WOW !!!! These cams are AMAZING !!!!

We set the cam gears to -3/-3 and the car idles GREAT. Drivability is normal untill you put your foot into the gas, and the car becomes a MONSTER. It pulls all the way from about 4,500 to redline harder and faster than anything i have ever driven. I highly reccomend considering this combo if you want to make some serious power !!!

Just thought i'd share with you guys....

Happy Boosting,
Taylor

They are the same price as the 264's and the 272's. We sell them for $299 a piece.

Hey thanks. So they are good for street use? Is the car more fun to drive vs stock cams?

this is all in my personal opinion, but yes, i think there just fine for street use, and yes the car is MUCH more fun to drive vs. stock cams.

You know when you hit 5500 RPM's and the car feels like its dead ? This changes everything. The car is an absolute MONSTER from about 4500 RPM's on. Definately more fun to drive !!

It would be great if you compared them with the 272's but it doesnt look like it because you installed the gears and head studs together with them. Plan to put it on a dyno? Luckily I havent bought the 272's
