People using the Profec B Spec II

Please post your settings and what boost it is running with those settings. I know every car will respond differently but I hope to get some sort of average or general range for each one. Please list your:

SET
GAIN
SET GAIN

Thanks!!

I have to run SET to 70-75% to hold only 21 psi when I think it should be low 60's. I have no leaks and I can't figure out why I am having such a hard time. I programmed a friends and it holds 21 psi perfectly at 63%. I have had large variations in advice both from veterans and this websites How To forum as well. Help me figure out what is wrong. Thank you.

Might just be the stiffness of your wastegate spring etc... It's going to be a possible large window. Somethings just can't be copied from other setup's...

Yeah but I would think the relationship between the numbers would be the at least similar and that is what I am looking for.

For 21 psi, my settings are:

SET: 53%
GAIN: 6%
SET GAIN: 13 psi (130)

Although I do have to change the set quite a bit as the temperature changes. These settings are good around 30-40F. When it was down around 10F I had to lower my SET to 49%. Mods are in my sig.

Thanks! I figured out what I had wrong. I left the plastic cap on the unused port and that will F* it all up!

That'll do it Like Paul said above, I check my boost almost daily in the winter here in VA. It's like 65deg outside one day and 25deg the next. Those temperature swings change my boost as much as 2-3psi... You probably don't have to worry about that as much in TX.
