Going soup to nutz on my Evo8 - heavy on the nutz!

Ok, so I put up my 2003 Evo for sale (personal reasons).

And then I realized, personally, I LOVE MY CAR. So, instead of selling it, I'm going ape-s**t instead.

Ok, let's have some fun.

Here's where I am right now:
  • Boostvalve.com MBC (rock solid and cheap!) set at 20.74 psi (1.43 bar)
  • Blitz DTT2 TurboTimer/Boost guage
  • Ti Test Pipe
  • Hawk HPS pads (the Brembos wore out...)
Getting nice power and handles like any dreamy Evo would.

Ok, so here's what I just bought:
  • Buscher TBE with high-flow cat and Buscher exhaust (thanks Dirty Harry!) (Will probably get the test-pipe from Buscher at some point)
  • From AMS: AEM EMS (yikes on $$ but should be worth it!!!) (so, I'll be taking the MBC out...)
  • From AMS: AEM UEGO Wide-Band O2 Sensor w/ guage
  • From AMS: IAT for EMS
  • From AMS: MAP conversion kit for EMS
  • From AMS: MAF/Stock Airbox replacement - just a tube and a cone filter.
Haven't received (or, obviously, installed... that would be a trick!) these things yet, should have some fun next week... taking the whole week off to play!

So, here's what's next on my agenda, and here's where I want your input.
  • New spark plugs? No one ever seems to talk about these...
  • New cams? Thinking HKS 280's...
  • New cam gear?
  • Buscher's Deluxe Intercooler kit, piping, and mini-battery replacement? (I have about 1200W of stereo drawing on the electrical system... would the mini-battery handle this?)
  • Injectors, prolly in the 700cc range?
  • Wallbro fuel pump? (the 255lph one everyone talks about)
  • CDI or some other sparker?
  • AMS GT35RL turbo kit
  • Crower connecting rods
Am I missing anything?

Could you put my wish-list in order from what you would to, first-to-last? That would be great.

Would you replace any of my choices in an obvious "you twit, do this instead!" statement?

I'm looking for 600whp-700whp. Am I in the right ballpark here?

Yowza. Well, I said I was going ape-s**t!

Ta,
Dutch

you are going to want a better battery for the stereo work. the small battery is great for the stock stuff but any serious system would push it.

for plugs NGK BPR8ES if you go with our turbo kit

if you are running EMS you might as well go with the 1000cc injectors so you have room to grow.

Give me a call at the shop if you have any questions.

Eric

eh, if you are going to go into the engine to replace the rods, might as well do pistons and stroker....shiat. but thats just me.

Pay attention to the fuel, maybe a high-flow fule rail and replace the small stock fuel pressure regulater (get one with an extre outlet for a fuel pressure gauge) and also the walbro 255lph pump

Gotta have fuel for all that boost!

Go with a set of ross pistons, and if you are doing all this then get some head work done, maybe some port and polish, upgrade your valve train so you can spin the motor higher, after all this get yourself AMS's new intake manifold which I am waiting for which should be out in a few weeks from what I hear , couple that with a Works max bore throttle body and you will be RIPPIN. He is right NGK BPR8ES are the plugs I run .
