I just put these in and want to know the deifinitive max boost levels with 91 octane, 100, 104, c16, and others as well. All comments and knowledge is greatly appreciated.

There is no real max boost you can run for an Octane fuel. It all comes down to tuning and how much boost your tuner can run with out having any Knock. But to take a shot at it I will say

91 = 20psi-21psi
100 = 23psi-24psi
104 = 25psi-26psi
117 = 28psi +

I have the UTEC and it detects knock by flashing my check engine light. So are you saying that I can keep uping the boost until it knocks/my check engine light flashes?

BadazzCR is pretty close, although I think the 100 Octane boost is fairly conservative, since I run 23psi on 93 Octane on my stock block. However, if you're running the stock turbo (9.8 not 10.5), then I don't think you'll gain all that much past 25psi...
