Which type of Jet Hot? Was it the 2000 stuff? I have a lot of friends with Jet Hot coating on NA headers and the 2000 stuff has held up much better than the usual sterling stuff.

I don't recall, but it doesn't change my opinion that from what I've seen and witnessed, this thin paint-like 'coating' is almost purely cosmetic.

Buschur's porting and coating job looks to be about as good as you're going to get where a stock manifold is concerned.

The porting is the 'meat and potatoes'. The coating prevents it from looking ugly and rusted...at least for awhile.

I don't know ho you are asking but I will answer anyway. Buschur's coating looked good inside and out. Biggest enemy is poor prep but it look like the coating was put on well. Obviously Buschur is not one to put out crappy parts and judging from what I can tell they do a pretty nice clean up on the port process. Hard with out 2 right next to each other.

Just jet hot the thing and be done with it or buy Buschur's. For the price you can't beat it.
