Check out some of Davids posts about his RS on some of the other threads, I believe he is around 380ish right now on the stock turbo. (although it is 94 pump, and you're on 91)

The mods in my sig only netted me 310 whp on 93 octane on Turbo Trix's dyno. My plan is to replace the IC pipes and throw on an HKS intake and maybe some injectors, and then retune on 91 and see how far that gets me once I drive my car up here to Colorado (only 91 up here to ). Any more cash than that for an upgraded intercooler or bigger turbo just isn't worth it to me. Maybe some NOS

injectors are a waste on a stock turbo.

The 10.5 hotside is a bigger turbine housing on the stock turbo that a lot of people do. Doesn't really gain a bigger number up top, but increases torque and midrange power.

and when i put xede as a mod, i assume he will have it tuned, otherwise, you aren't gonna see those numbers.

just get alcohol injection, then you can run race gas type timing and boost on 91octane.

But is it really practical to run alcohol injection on a daily driven evo?

And I'm not really sure I agree that injectors are a waste on the stock tubro. It seems like there are plenty of examples of people making better power with them on the stock set up...

sure. you don't have to run your "alcohol map" all day long.

when you wanna run the alcohol, you go to a secondary map(flip of a switch) and BAM.

simple as pie

here are my suggestions:

Xede
3" turboback
Cams(either 264,272 or 272,272...you dont want a 264 exhaust cam)
Cam gears
Alcohol Injection

That shuold put you darn close. Maybe some intercooler piping. Also, a 255lph fuel pump for safety.
why wouldnt you want a 264/264 combo? If you dont plan on upgrading the stock turbo, its a perfect setup.

Interesting. How does altitude affect that equation? I'm in CO running 91, but I have been told that the altitude make it like 93.
