octane changing...what to do?

ok, well...im moving to the midwest by the end of the month (kansas city, mo). Im used to my 93 and 94 octane here in philly... but from what i hear..91 is the hisghest in KC. What do i do? will my car run like complete **** now with 91? will i have to do some different tuning? will adding ocatance booster to every tank be needed? some insightplease take a look at my mods

thanks!

You have no other choice but to add a fuel enhancer such as tolulene or octane booster, or add a alcohol injection system.

We only have 91 in CO. But the elevation here makes the 91 act like 93. I'm not sure KC is as high as we are here in CO Springs (6000 ft). On a side note I have found one place in all of the Springs that carries 93 octane, so I just started using it last week. No power gains, but the car runs better and idles better.

You could just tune your car for 91.

Where is this gas station at, any chance its near World Arena? We have our auto cross events down there and I'd love to get a bit higher otane. Havent found anything up northin Denver with 93, let alone any higher octance

Or you can order a 55 gallon drum of whatever fuel you want. Don't forget toget a good pump for the drum as well.

I don't know how the Psi Fi works... but when I had crappy gas on the Dynoflash the car just pulled timing, when I was set to -6, it was only allowing for -1... What your hardest task is gonna be, is finding somewhere that has true good 91, took me 3 tanks of gas to find that
