Ignition power amplifiers - HKS Twin power, XS engineering Power Pack, etc
I've had the Switzer/Buschur COP for about a year now with moderate track use and no complaints so far. The aluminum plate that comes with the kit acts as a nice heat sink for the coils and I've been able to run 0.35 gap with no problems on a BPR7ES plug.
Yep, it's not cheap, but it works, especially if you run high boost for extended periods of time in an abusive environment.

Do not get the HKS DLI II, it is supposedly made as a direct addon for the Evo, but when i went to go get tuned we discovered that my ignition coils had fried, and my newer plugs were all very worn out. Everyone aggreed it was the ignition system and just about everyone told me there was no need to have that unless you "highly" modified your car and I do mean highly as in where it is almost not an evo anymore engine wise.
just my 2 cents, however to each his own, just letting you know my experience.
I do remember the day it was installed the car seemed to run better (could have been my imagination but as i was highway driving to test it eventually something poped and the car stuttered and wouldnt go past 10 psi.....which was basically my ignition coil frying out)
