That is an absolutely beautiful manifold. The runners are of a great length, the merge collectors are flawless, and it even retains the twin scroll design with balanced wastegate bleed. Gorgeous!

I see Bert at Union 7 is doing a great job on the project. That car will be one of the sickest evos on the planet when its done.

Either the flange on the exhaust manifold is upside down, or that's not the one that's going to be used in your car. Something doesn't look right between the two pictures. I'm assuming those blue tubes coming out of the exhaust ports are only being used to mock up the actual header.

You're right about the blue tubes but wrong about the pictures. It will make more sense once installed. I'm hoping that I'll be able to post pics of the headers installed by the end of next week.

Hey John,

I love your innovative spirit. You are breaking new ground for the rest of us. However I have a small beef. Why are you blowing off my PM's? I thought we had a deal for the intercooler? Please respond via PM when you get a chance.

I appologize, I travel a lot and just got back from Philly. The Buschur FMIC is still on the car. I'll ask Bert from Union 7 to hurry up and remove it so I can ship it to you. I appologize for the delay but I'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
