Where can you get just the puck disk? i might need that and a flywheel i think mine is starting to warp out on me i never changed the stock flywheel =( should of because i had bad slippage on the stock clutch and i think the flywheel was bad when i put the new act clutch on so now it doesnt feel like its grabbing all the way ill be on high rpm's like 5000 6000 rpms push the clutch in and the rpm's stay up for a few seconds then go down like clutch is not grabbing the flywheel . sorry for going off topic everyone Thanks

He knows what he is talking about.

Solid center, correct. Although it will possibly shift faster or be easier on syncros, the tradeoff is that the splines get worn faster, especially on 4 cylinder engines, due to increased torsional vibrations. Use a super light flyhweel or increase boost, the spline wear also increases. We could make the hub harder, but then you wear input shafts. Fact of life, there are always tradeoffs.

So what kind of wear rate compared to stock on the splines are we talking about? Over the course of the life of the car? I put 9000 miles on it per year. Think it will last me a few years? I'm fine with that....

Honestly, I don't know. I have seen them last for over 50K and I have seen them wear out in less than 2K (worse case senario). Some vehicles are worse than others. The Honda guys seem to do OK with the rigid hub while the Nissan Sentra likes to wear out more quickly. An aluminum flywheel will accelerate the wear as will an aftermarket crank pulley. If you forget to put the engine dowels in place the splines will be hating life. There are a lot of variables, so I don't venture to guess at this point. I don't have a lot of people running the puck discs on the EVO so I don't have a track record to gauge by. Just being honest.
