I am one of the few that stuck with the K&N Typhoon. The car ran horrible before I got it tuned. The A/F ratio is now stable under all driving conditions. It took a while to get the ratio right and it is quite loud. The first run on the dyno caused people to step back because it was so loud. I have had it in for 15 months without any issues.

I had the Buschur for a while, but changed to the HKS RS. The HKS has a very sweet sound. Both are great, but I think I'll keep the HKS for now.

I agree, was a little tricky to install in 20 degree weather with the bumper still on, but it was accomplished. I am very happy with it. My buddies hks has issue's with getting a wet maf in the rain then the car runs like poo.

I hear the Apex-i power intake is one of the best for evos. btw, how do you tune the A/F ratio for an evo if you only have an aftermarket intake?
