I've got a k&n and a HKS, there seems no be little or no difference. I even switched them between runs at the track and no diff.

only way to settle this is to take all those filters, do dyno runs, one everyday with each different filters on a stock car and modded car.

Nobody knows for sure in this board or anywhere. they just "feel" things.

My brother just found out that a big test was done on panel filters on turbo deisel trucks. I know they are different than EVO's, but the tests just show the performance of the filters. They tested air flow, how much dirt is captured in the filter, longevity, etc. AMAZINGLY, AC Delco absolutly SMOKED everyone in the competition! Including k&n which is what I am using right now, maybe it is time to switch!?

Just go with K&N, I doubt you'll get much power from changing to any filter.

I didn't know Ralliart made two types of filters for the EVO. I've only seen their foam one.

The WORKS Drop-In is 100% woven cotton with even thread distribution.
Not random gauze.

Also it has the most open surface area possible. Check it out next to the other drop-in filters in the TPR EVO buyers guide.
