It's all possible on the stock turbo you have to remember there rating is at the engine not at the wheels BHP. I have seen stock turbo cars make over 400 AWHP. And you can do it for a lot less then 28k. But good read as for the post.

 

Yes, they are indeed laughable. Works has top of the line products, and they charge way less.
