Evolution IX MR FQ-450

this is kinda old news but my question is, is there an Evo IX FQ-450 on the streets right now? (UK) if so, does anyone have pics or vids?

That pics is a EVO VIII, look at the bumper and also the badges. Also EVO are no longer called MR except in the USDM and UKDM no longer has the FQ designation any longer either. All other markets have the MR stuff on the cars already(GSR,GT,RS)

450hp is overkill to me, the only way that car can be balanced with 450 hp is if they throw a stroker kit in it which i doubt they did, it most likely performs more like a drag car which stinks imo, this car wasnt meant for that

Im kinda lost here and maybe someone can help me. Im noticing that the evo is brand new because of the plastic protectors but then it's also on a dyno. I thought that we had a very strict break in period?
