I have the Perrin DP, and test pipe and they fit fine on an '05...Looks and sounds awesome. I will tell you though that the top bolt so to speak is a major PITA to get in...Whose idea was it to use springs...geez!!

The helix downpipe has some small fitment issues. Most people use a hardened hanger(such as the kartboy) to pull the DP to one side so it will not hit the T-case.

Ben

P.S. Yes the Turboxs works for the MR/05 ACD models

No offense man, but I have just never understood buying parts of questionable quality off of a site that is known for shoddy automotive items for your 35,000+$ car.

It touches the T-case but with the hanger to pull it away from it there are no problems. So if you buy a helix downpipe for a MR you should be a set of kartboy hangers as well.

Same OEM size, yes. However, the transfer case is the issue because of the increased size. WORKS had the world market in mind and designed our downpipes to fit both the VII and VIII. Ours have fit the '05 models since day one
