Installing Momo Steering Wheel

I have a 4 door Lancer with no air bags and I have ordered in a Momo Race Steering Wheel. It arrives within the next few days some time and I just need to know how to install it. I have an Autotecnica Boos Kit and the instructions say to tak off the old wheel, install boss kit, then put wheel on and then it says to connect the hub wire to the centre horn button terminal steering wheels with centre pads require a separete earth in addition to the hub wire. Connect a wire from the outer terminal on horn button and place between steerign wheel and hub, This is not necessary on cars with stork horn controls. Do I have to solder anything?

Cheers

Hey man,

You will probably want to post this in the Lancer forum. This is the Evo forum. either case, I think you will have a hard time getting a good answer unless you talk to another member from AU or wherever else they sold lancers without airbags.

Don't repost. Just request the appropriate mod, pjal or myself to move it to the proper forum. Technically (body wise) their Lancers are closer to Evolutions than the Lancers we have though.

EDIT: Leaving this one in Evo Tech since the steering column should be the same.
