if they give you probs about it just make a copy and take it to them..if they still do nothing take it to a lawyer, he may get through to them..

I don't believe a TSB and recall item are the same. I'm under the impression that TSBs are resolutions to problems so the techs don't have to diagnose every rattle and squeak. F04 I think you're going to have to pay for the work related to the grind.

Calm down guys. Dealers have had crazy problems with these cars due to bad operaters and unfortunatly us good guys are biting the bullet. If you have any problems with your dealer at all reguarding your Evo then ask for the district reps phone number and setup an apointment. If they dont give it to you then go through the mitsu customer service phone number. These guys are here to help you out, there like mitsu's middle man between the company and the dealer. If this tranny issue is honestly what is going on with your car then print the TSB out, make an apointment with your district rep and im sure he will help you out. He wil ride with you in the car and have you show him whats up, i know mine did. I have delt with my dis rep a few times and honestly he makes me proud to own a mitsu. And talking to techs i hate to say is 99% of the time not going to get you anywhere with an evo. If you want to see one get mad just mention that you saw some thing on the internet, LOL. They will roll there eyes and tell you your wrong.

as long as your evo is still within the 60/60 powertrain then mitsu should cover this. print the attached file, and then email me for the other one, it is too large for me to attach on here. then take them to your dealership. and be sure if you have a 5 point and a helmet to take them out of the car. if you dont, then they may not work on it, same goes with a boost controller.
