I just failed today in NOVA with my RRM stage 1 OZ. They do a two speed tail pipe sniffer test. 15 mph at 1689 RPM, 25 mph at 1872 rpm. I don't know if they use drums or not, but I didn't see any.

Yeah, the dealership picked up my stock exhaust and I was expecting to get the Buschur exhaust back. Well a few days went by so I gave them a call and sure enough he said the car was sold as is to some guy locally that is a mechanic. Unfortunately I don't and won't have an answer as to what modification was causing the car to fail emmissions, but I am going to guess it was a combination of both the cams and the high flow cat. I miss the EVO at times, but I have to remind myself that I made the right decision to get rid of it when I did otherwise it was going to cost me too much and not to mention I really was getting sick and tired of the gas mileage.
