Go with Defi or Apexi, better to do it right the first time. Otherwise down the line when you realize your gauges are off you're just going to do the same work twice and pay even more money.

 

DO NOT buy ****ty gauges. When your engine dies because your POS Autometer didn't read your oil pressure correctly you will be kicking your own ***.

Also don't the Defi gauges misread boost ? I have been hearing that a lot.

 

ok....i have an all stock car...and im planning to go electronic defi bf guages...but i dont know what i need besides boost and oil pressure..what is fuel pressure and do i need that? oil temp? do i need that? water temp?

 

hey...can you control the boost with just the boost gauge or do you need a control unit also? because i just ordered a defi bf boost gauge but not the control unit..i just wanted to know if i need the control unit to control my boost...

 

Get Boost/Oil Pressure/EGT for now, eventually you can get Water Temp/Oil Temp/etc.

 

i have the OMORI gauges and love them. alot cheaper than the defi link gauges and just as accurate. way more accurate than the d series of defi. the d series isnt made like the link gauges. they are made in a different factory-korea i believe while the others are made in japan.
