Pistons, crank, rods?

 

rods are forged i believe. I don't think pistons are...

At least one Mistubishi spec sheet states the pistons as being forged. Of course, anyone who has examined one can verify this. I would be very surprised if they were anything but.

 

Im pretty sure the entire bottom end is forged, but Ive never heard definitely.
