man i dont get it when i drove down to jms it was 478 miles from my apartment door to the location of the shop. i only stopped one time to fill up got 93oct 328 miles on that one tank and still had more in it i just did not feel comfortable that low. my mods were

stock head
stock cams
stock block
aps 3.5" intercooler
aps twin vent bov
injen intercooler pipping system
stock evo 8 turbo
megan knock off manifold
perrin 3" downpipe
Invidia N1 3" exhaust
testpipe
perrin oil catch can
walbro 255 fuel pump
exedy twin clutch
Some phantom tune

then all my aero peaces

and i did that and i hear some of you getting less then 250 or less dang.

my mpgs dropped from around 26mpg to 23-24mpg Highway with Kelford 272's

That's pretty much as ignorant as it gets... Why would you want 15 mpg on the highway with the same power if you can get 25 or 30?

It's like having two stores next to each other with the same items but one of them has the double price. Which one would yo go to?

On topic: on my IX MPG got worse by 2mpg or so with Cosworth M2's

just got hks 272 for my ix on saturday, my mpg is now 16 instead of 18. im not retuned yet for the cams so hopefully it gets better

I have GSC stage 1, with FP evo 9 turbo, on my Evo 8 and a bunch of other basic bolt on and i'm constantly averaging 24 mpg

bigger cams means more air in, which requires for more fuel to be fed to the car, sooo yes its normal for an untune car or even a tuned car to get a little drop of mpg, nothing THAT noticable but depending on how you drive the mpg can vary..

I average about 21 mpg driving pretty aggressively. I've gotten as much as 310miles per tank when going on long cruises. Mods in sig.
