Finally going together!
I am doing it in the right order. Once I have this thing done and running well as it sits I will put a turbo on it. The way I figure, if I build it now to be solid then when I put the turbo on, I won't have to do any work or worry about it.
Right now I don't have the money for the turbo and I am still on the stock clutch so I have to assume that will be the next project. The plan is to send out the trans and transfer case while doing the clutch. To have them both checked, updated, improved.
Normally I would do the trans myself but with experience like TRE and Shep I don't see the point. They have all the updated and stronger parts for it and the reputation to back it up.

IT'S ALIVE!!!!
I am still waiting on a couple parts but decided to use the stock parts I had to fire it up.
Sounds good. Lifters took about a half hour to quite up completely. Stalling a good bit hear and there but it is relearning everything from scratch since battery was disconnected and it is a new base flash. Also the fuel may be a little sour from sitting so I want to burn it all off and get a fresh tank ASAP. I want to get it on a Dyno and get it customed tuned as soon as possible.
For all the people interested in the quick seat dry lubricant so far it looks very promising. I don't have a leakdown tester to actually test it but we are at a consensus that it actually works as advertised. We are considering the engine broken in after about 1/2 of running and 3 miles of driving. I will change the oil and cut the filter open in a couple days after a few more miles.
I am going to try and summarize the mods list here.
