Possible Boost Leak?
Id say the stock BOV just isnt holding the pressure. Go to Home Depot, buy a 2" PVC cap, and a 2" rubber PVC pipe connector, a 7/16" drill bit, a 2" rubber PVC pipe camp and clam and if you dont have a compressor, buy one or use a bike pump (pain in the butt).
Drill the PCV with the bit, put in a VALVE STEM from a wheel a.k.a a Shraeder valve. Put the cap inside the 2" couple, secure with a hose clamp and some RTV sealent. Let dry. Unhook the stock i/c piping right after the turbo, put the open end of the 2" coupler on it with the valve sticking out. Unhook the I/C piping right before the throttle body and put the 2" cap.
Pressurize and listen. All should hold pressure, mine does.
Spray for leaks.
Total cost was like 10 bucks at home depot and it works like a charm.

Hey ewoevo,
I just left the track and I am have the same problem. The car is making a woosh sound at around the same rpm as yours. Mine does not do it every time though. The car is all stock besides a boost and EGT gauge. Did you ever find out what the problem was?
