only 5hp flywheel, how does that amount to 15-20whp? I mean if that was the case the 05 should be rated at 300hp respectfully

am I alone on this?
What does it matter what Mitsu released as its official ratings? The SRT-4 is listed at 230whp, but it dynos that much. Some S/C Cobra actually dyno at 390whp when they are listed at 390 crank, also. 05s are dyno'ing 15-20whp higher on average than 03-04s while also hitting 2-3mph higher traps in the 1/4 on a consistent basis.

For an example, on my first run last time at the track, I launched OK and did a nice 1-2 shift, but then I missed 3rd and went to 5th. I knew I was screwed then, so I didn't bother shifting back to 3rd. It took 5th forever to spool up, but it eventually pulled me through the traps under boost. Well, my time was 13.8@99mph. I've seen MANY MANY 03-04s get this time on a real 1-2-3-4 run, yet I did it with a 1-2-5 run (1.9 60'), despite the fact I only go to the top of 4th during a real drag run. My only mod on this run was the S-AFC, and then I ran the 12.8 a few runs later. There is more than 5bhp difference for sure...

dont waste your money. I lost my HUGE HIT with the smaller housing . Now i ramp up slower...I do, however hit 27 psi and can sustain 24 psi to redline. So the only thing i see is holding a few extra pounds at the top with a loss in spool hit.
