What u have is a dry cartridge turbo. It only uses oil, no water. Your gonna have to block the coolant lines off. Or get some hose and run it from line to line. Hope this helps.

a word of advice loop them together . I blocked them off and the top one kept leaking from the pressure when under full boost.

thanks! also if anyone could answer this question that i have...
my stock boost solenoid has 2 outlets
1- goes to intake side
2-splits into a "y" (one to wastegate..one to intake charge pipe)

i am installing a new turbo with TIAL external wastegate...now this wastegate has TWO outlets for vaccume(one on top..one on the side)

how will i hook up all THREE outlets now to my stock boost solenoid?
i have
1-one side of TIAL
2-on top of TIAL
3-intake charge pipe
?? thanks alot!!

Attach a line from the side port of the wastegate. The top is VTA. The line will go to a "T" where it will attach to a line from the turbo compressor and the line from the boost solenoid. Leave the other line from the boost solenoid connected to the intake.

What EMS are you using?

awesome your help is very appreciated!
so on my stock solenoid one line is going to the intake(like stock) and the 2nd line is going to a "T" where it will go on the side of the TIAL and to the intake side of the turbo housing. the top of the tial is VTA.
ANother question.. this intake pipe that came with the AGENCY POWER turbo kit has:
1- an outlet for a BOV(recirc)
2-a vaccume outlet for (stock boost solenoid i would guess)

the only problem is.....my stock intake pipe had the bov outlet, vaccume outlet(for solenoid) AND a hose that goes to the valve cover(blow by?) what should i do with this new intake pipe that does not have an outlet for the hose that connects to the valve cover??? just plug up the outlet on the valve cover?? not exactly a bolt on kit too
oh and im using the
TURBO XS UTEC
RC 750CC
walbro 255
HELIX PIPING
POWER ENTERPRISE INTAKE
TURBO XS FMIC

Exactly. If you are installing the kit yourself, just take off the stock hoses and put them in the exact locations on the new turbo system.

NOTE: Since you are using the stock boost solenoid, I am assuming you are using the UTEC boost control. You need to keep the factory restrictor in the line from the turbo to the "T" when you connect them to the new turbo system. If you do not use the factory restrictor, then the only boost will be from the wastegate spring amount. The restrictor pill that is in the line going from the "T" to the boost solenoid should be removed for better boost control.

If you are using a MBC or EBC then ignore above. Of course, you wouldn't be using the stock boost solenoid either .

NOTE: Make sure that that you get a 1.4 bar wastegate spring. If you get anything less, then you won't be able to make higher boost levels (28-29psi) on race gas. Using a 1.4 bar spring will allow you to run 20psi to redline w/ no boost control.

The intake is fine. Agency Power just assumes that you will be running a catch can or one of those K/N valve cover breathers. Do NOT plug the valve cover. Bad things will happens
