Yes I did. It showed nothing about any work being done. Infact I can't remember does a carfax report tell you if warrenty work has been done??

Exactly, its not like the car wasn't taken care of. Those are actually common problems to the early 03 Evo's. You should be happy they're now fixed.

Yeah the more I think about it you guys are right. At first I was thinking oh great I car some beat the crap out of or the dealers ex joy ride special.

I don't know if Carfax does but, obviously the dealer can if you found out from them. As long as the work was done properly I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Get the 5th gear fixed and have them check out everything else while in there since you still have warranty

^^ I thought about doing that but I have heard stories of people going in for the grind then it comes back a month later and whole transmission gets rebuilt and grind still comes back. Considering that is what seems to have happened with my car alread it seems pointless to try and fix. Plus it only happens if I slam fifth say with my RPMs above 5k if I let them drop a little bit it is fine. I think I might be better off leaving it alone. Also that way I don't hear well it is caused from your TBE or intake or BOV crap. I am trying to save the warrenty for if I really need it.
