Helix dpwnpipe install

I searched the site until my eyes bled.I installed the Helix dp and need to know how tight I should go with the springed bolts. Do I tighten until the bolts stop? I haven't tightened it all the way and ran the car.Didn't hear any leaks.

After installing myself, I took it to a shop for a different adjustment. He suggested taking them in until they stop, then backing out 1 full turn. Did that for awhile, but it didn't seem to leave much room between the spring coils. So I backed each bolt out two more full turns, and it seems to rattle a bit less. HTH
