i know they would but i had to lure you in with the stupidity of the statement.

Switching from a TurboXs to a Hallman and the lines are exact oposites on each boost controller.

TurboXs' bottom line runs to my wastegate actuator and the side line runs to a pressure source right above the actuator (what is that by the way?) Hallman instructions say the bottom line should run to the pressure source and the side should be the actuator.

.....im confused, my car runs perfectly fine and holds about 21 psi. Are my lines switched?

Yep.. consider that there's a ball-spring valve in there.. It needs to be hooked up the right way so the valve will even open correctly.. plus most MBC's are also ball-spring valves (Grainger type valves) and the outlet side to the wastegate has a small 'weep hole' on it to relieve residual pressure... restrictor valves are different (think of a fuel/water petcock) where it doesn't matter which way it hooks up, but those valves don't offer the amazing boost response and spool that a grainger style valve will offer (since it restricts at nearly 100% until its spring pressure is overcome by boost pressure)
