TSB's for 03 tranny issues?
TSB's for 03 tranny issues?
I have done a search but haven't dug up more than the 5th gear sychro TSB.
Lately I have been hearing that they have release more TSB's for the tranny.
I have occational gring going into second gear. Car only has 20k on it and the grind is really p!ss!ng me off.
Since it only happens one a week, how would I go about getting this fixed via warranty. Odds are when they drive it will probably shift fine.

A Technical Service Bulletin is the manufacturer advising dealers of problems in the field and ways or changes to ways to resolve them. They are not recalls. The government has nothing to do with TSBs except to keep a record of those it knows of.
Well I suppose once they have to open the tranny to fix 3/5 they will do the remaining sychros and a clutch for not much more.
I am more interested in 2nd gear but I also have a notchy 3rd gear. I am afraid to let the mechanics at Mistu do the work for fear they will *** something else up but I dont really have an option.
