I personally have a Dynoflash and am very happy with it. I know alot of people who have Dynoflash cars and are happy with them. I havent had any dealings with Turbotrix, but you read alot of good things about them. I think it really boils down to who you want to go with. I dont think you would be disappointed with either one of them. I know the prices on Al's Dynoflash and I believe the Mail in base flash to be a VERY good bargain. I dont know about the prices at Turbotrix however.

Choice either one, and I am sure you will be very happy. Main thing is to get one or the other, the ECU flash will transform you car, as well as get rid of the possiblility of boost cut.

My $.02

Brian

Well kind of hard when you can only go one way or the other. I have no opinion on either but I do have two friends that have gotten flashes from Al with neg results both times. Nobody evermentions that ****. Not to mention they both said he sounded like he was to good for their questions. Stupid thread. Im sure both companies can extract power with their flashes.

I got the 05 base flash by Al at Pruven while he was doing other cars and just keeping the boost at 19.5 makes a world of difference. He even let me drive around a bit and if I didn't like it he would've just taken it off no questions. Also will knock some $ of the custom flash when I get it done. Great guy.

I am not here to say anything negative about any of my competitors - all of which do a great job for their customers.

I would just like to add that if you are interested in the actual "results" of my tuning there is at least 150 acutal dyno sheets posted in the "Dyno Flash" vendor section of the forums all of which depict the typical Dyno Flash tq curve, smoothness and a/f targets. There is a good cross section of various modifications and parts combos to review.

Also, I wanted to add that speaking for myself, I am a full time Evo reflasher. 95% of my business is flashing evos both custom tuned and through the mail. This concentration and focus on one subject has allowed me to develop Dyno Flash exclusive features such as the "Fireball technology" - "dual stage flash for pump gas and race gas" - "idle flash" - "boost controlling ecu flash" - and new "Race Chip" in conjunction with Buschur Racing. I now posess a HUGE library of base maps gathered from all over the USA in my custom tuning trips so I can service literally any combination of parts that you may choose and on just about any type of fuel.

Finally, my exclusive offer of free through the mail flash upgrades for anyone who gets a custom tune is an industry leading value. I also offer rental car re-inbursement and a resale program.

Thanks to my supporters.

AL!!! I am your favorite fan !!! I can't wait to finish with the new upgrades and get re-flashed again. I Love what my car does not. It's almost unstopable...

As long as there arent any bashing about other tuners then there is no need to lock this thread. There is nothing wrong with posting your personal experience with the tuner that you think is good. It only gets ugly when someone starts talking trash. Keep it clean and everything should be all good.

I have plenty of those " case study's " myself... since i do probably 15 flashes a week, it only represents about 30% of what i do. I tune haltech, power fc, aem , and many other stand alone / piggy back systems. I've been doing it for quite sometime and my flashes make power bottom line. Do your research , read the posts , read the reviews... I dont blow smoke up ur ***, tell you to purchase parts you dont need nor bad mouth the parts you have. Good luck with your decision..

there is only one way to find out who has the better tune, 2 identical cars with the same mods but with different tuners. that is the only way. no way am i bashing turbotrix, much respect to anyone who owns and operates such a business.

Ok for one al never anwsers the phone or pruven for that matter and have had nothing but bad experiences with him and them. Have sent numerous pms and never got an anwser back. Turbo Trix is always there someone at least to answer the phone and will answer any problems or questions you may have. And I did not have to spend 10 hours getting my car flashed like the time I went to pruven at 9 am and left at 9 pm. My apt at trix was at 10 car was in at 10:30 and was out at 1:30pm at pruven car made 328whp and al complained about my air intake and said it sux cause its not what he recomened. So mark tuned it to 362whp also had some guages installed great job. And I have to drive 4 hours to them and have no issue with that but would not drive the three to pruven. I also seen so others with problems with al. Not saying he is a bad tuner just not the most personable person to deal with and not just my opinon. There are others I have meet that said the same thing..ps mark only charged me 250$.

if those were al's legs then i would be all over him, haha. as for u mac74, AL is one man, turbotrix is not. he does what he does by himself and noone else so there is no reason to hate there. he tunes for the love and u can tell by his attitude. i have had good expierecne with dynoflash so i have nothing bad to say about that. as for tt i dont have any expierence so i have no idea what my car specifically would tune with there flash. maybe there should be a tuner shoot out held at raceway park sometime. i know i would be there. im sure there would be plenty of sponsers.
