Any idea what that would be on an All Wheel dyno?

I'm sure the motor is built to rev past 8.5k RPMs, as well....

It looks like about 3 times the stock hp, so you can probably use that to guess what it would be on any dyno.

^^ IMO, if you are that close to 200mph, proper aerodynamics (no mirrors, a full-body undertray, very minimal - if any - rear wing, etc.) and proper gearing should do the trick before raw horsepower.
