AGP put this together for me in a full DSM kit with tubular SFP manifold, O2 housing, etc. There are pictures on my site if you are interested.

In my case the lag was more like 1000 rpm over the TDO6H with GT35R comp wheel turbo I ran before it (25 psi @ 3700 rpm on 2.3, 4400 rpm on 2.0). Mostly due to the much larger turbine side though, not the compressor wheel change. Compared to a full gT35R type turbo, the lag difference should be much less, as mentioned by the prevous poster, though I do not have direct experience with it.

after running my turbo for a while i have realized the exhaust wheels are a little small (fastest trap speed was 122 on 28psi @ 4800ft) i'm now going to go to a atleast a ptrim & a .83a/r in a t3 or maybe even full t4 with some good size exhaust wheels..
is it possible to get a 67compressor with a gt37 or gt40turbine & with a decent .83 or .9? on the exhaust side??? bb or standard bearing???
is that what the gt37r is???

I ran a T67 with a T350 hotside, FP turbine housing (not sure on the A/R). The run in my sig was a 28psi of boost, three degrees of total timing (valve guide wear problem leading to oil in the combustion chambers = knock), shifting at 7,500 with a stock intake manifold.

I've made 633whp and around 550ft lbs (can't remember the exact number now) with the same turbo on another car. I'd recomend a larger turbine housing, we found no power past 33psi and intake temps were not going up at all. The T350 is just too small IMHO.

Yup the car will be running its last drag battle this October and I may run the p trim T67 ball bearing after all during that run...

How do you figure that? The GT37 exhaust wheel with a 67mm compressor has made plenty of power on numerous cars over a 35r. I've seen this first hand on a few different cars.

I want the BB T67 with the .63AR turbine side....From Shearer with his mani...I hope the lag isn't god awful...I am willing to sacrifice a few hundred rpm spool for that significant gain in HP on the top end. I am also on the stock head(272/272 HKS, ARP studs) intake mani, TB and bottom end...We will see how well it does...If someone else wouldn't have produced this thread I would have lol

Your knowledge has been mislead or you just fat fingered lol...37R will put roughly 70hp more than the 35r down past 30psi.

For Ben's sake, here are some flow charts from Garret comparing a 35R to a 37R:

Comparing the Manufacturing companies engineered charts, the 3582 compressor wheel DOES in-fact support more HP than the 3782.

You can compare these two wheels being that they are both a t-4 size compressor side.

When you look to the turbine side you'll see that you are comparing a medium frame turbine to a large fram turbine and the 3782 wheel will prove to drive a larger compressor wheel better than a 3582 turbine wheel does.

Many of you need to realize that although many companies label a turbo with a certain name, it does not necesarily mean that it is infact that turbo in it's entirety. There are more than a few "37R" turbos out there that aren't truly 37R's.

good point liberty.......
i thought i saw that on the garrett website kinda confused me but you made sense of it

tony i would go with a bigger hotside .82 or so you won't regret it i had the .63 and it hauled *** but you can tell it is probably choking @ high rpm's..
