For a stock motor I would go with the 35r over the 67mm, unless you have plans to go through the rest of the motor in the near future. Give us a call and we can talk about what would be best for your goals.

Mine is an HKS T04Z. It's a T67/Ptrim in a BB CHRA using a small T4 hotside. I see 30PSI around 6300rpm on a fairly conservative tune. I have had it spooling a hair under 6k when I tuned it more aggressively but the car has been down for quite a while due to other non related issues.

Noted...I talked to you guys the other day about a deal on a partial kit...So you suggest the 35r? I won't be doing a motor for a bit. I want to see how far I can take the stock block and internals. I will call you guys again to discuss this matter.

I also figured that I mightas well try the stock bottom end w/ a 67 on 30+ psi. If it pops, meh. Just little by little with an ultra conservative tune and see how far it gets.

Let me know how it turns out....i think I will take Shearer's advice....Although I will probably go with the .82 hot side. I am not sure how much worse the lag is though...I just don't want lag between shifts.

it'll take it all
we pushed ours up there with the BBTo4R (ie, t67, pt67, gt37r). we had the 1000cc's/109octane @ ~80% duty on 30ish psi and the car went 131.
the rod bolts wont like you though

the 35R is definitly a bit snappier on the stock 2.0, but the To4R has massive topend compared. imo

i've ran both the 63 and 82 with the P-trim wheel. both are very bearable, 82 really comes on ~5500, the 63 comes on ~4800-5000.
the recovery isn't an issue with either one, with the BBchra.
my personal preference for daily use is the 63. great topend on the freeway and bearable stop light to stop light.
we trapped 131 with the 63 housing

Did you end up getting your intake temp issues figured out earlier this year?

Are we gonna see under 5k for full boost with the 2.3 litre? or at least 5k?
