Mod help please..

I'm so lost, I've been on living on evomoto.com. learning more about aftermarket parts, comming on here searching as best I can but I'm still pretty lost on planning to mod my hopefully future car Evo 8 MR. Wow there are soooo many different companies that make aftermarket parts for the evo..

I Just want to know what is the best catback setup possible, not to loud but gives the most peformance gains.
Here is the catback setup I'm looking into getting-

-Magnus Manifold- Is this worth it if i"m going to keep the stock turbo?
-LS 3" Stainless Downpipe W/Flex - What is the difference between this and the more expensive 3" downpipes?
-APS 3" High Flow Cat- Is it really worth spending 300 dollars on a high flow cat. What is the difference between this and cheaper 3" cats? Test pipes aren't an option because I really don't want the car to stink.
-GReddy Titanium Racing Cat-Back- Is it worth spending 800 dollars on this unit? I love greddy products but there are exhaust that are almost the same that are 300 or so dollars cheaper?

So overall what is the catback setup?

Oh and will the stealership try to screw me over with warrenty over some mods?

I'm pretty sure this topic has been discussed so I do appologize in advance, I hate being a newbie at any site thats why I've been on E46fanatics.com ever since I was 12 because I always wanted a 330i zhp.

Putting the manifold on your car will probably void the warranty. As a long time hot rodder on car # 17 I can tell you most (but not all) of the time you get what you pay for with exaust. As an example the APS cat is made with some sort of stainless steel mesh that will last forever and is quality stuff (I have it), where a lot (again, not all) of the cheaper ones dont, and wouldnt pass California smog testing. The GReddy Titanium Racing Cat-Back is probably lighter and maintains the quality to last. A downpipe will also probably void your warranty.
