turbo advice needed!!!!

hey guys wanting to get a turbo kit...which turbo kit outthere will give me good power and wont cost too much???

Honestly, if you want really big power, go for a GT40 and reduce the bore and stroke of your 4G63. Like 1.8 or so. It'll be perfect.

the search button the first page, you can find a plethora of information and mis-information about various turbo kits. this has been rehashed over and over and over and over and over again.

not to mention that you're talking about a turbo kit for a car you don't own yet...

Seriously though, you need to drive your Evo (when you get it) before you decide what you want to do. There have been numerous guys who have gotten mega-super huge turbos for their cars and then gone back to the stocker because the drivability sucked. Choose wisely, young padawan.

Oh please..."reduce the bore and stroke" ????? He shouldn't waste any time on that...just get a 1g N/A SOHC 1.8L. That would be much easier and cheaper...plus, the SOHC will spool the gt40 much more quickly.

ya i know atlvalet im just asking ppl for advise to learn more about the turbos and everything...if i didnt ask people that are experienced with this kind of stuff i would just go and buy something without knowing about it than **** up my car
