Tial 44m Wastegate Springs

OK, well I thought I had this all done but now I dont seem to. I need to change my spring in my Tial to hold over 30psi. Right now it holds 25.5 with a .7 bar spring. I know there are two springs you could use you (Small or Large) and I think you can use a combination of the two to get your desired pressure wanted. My question is if I have a .7 Large spring and I got say a .7 small spring would that actually make the total pressure 1.4 or is there some strange math involved on making it work? I would like the minimum pressure to be around 18-20 psi which I am sure would make it hold over 30 without a problem. Thanks for anyone that can help me out! Also, do any vendors have springs that I would need in stock right now? I heard that Tial may be backed up currently and I need the spring by the middle of next week so I can tune the car for the track next weekend. Thanks again!

I have that, in order to reach 30psi you need the 1.3bar spring combo.

1.4 bar (.7 small and .7 big) worth of spring will get you 30psi easily. I would try ATP for the spring. They seem to carry alot of big and small springs.

Nobody told you the limits on external gates? You are doing good to get double spring pressure with an external gate and a boost controler, you managed to get 2.5 times spring pressure and that probably had some leakage. You can get springs from http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com/prod/tialspring

And the tial website http://www.tialsport.com/ gives a good rundown on what springs to use together to get different boost levels. If you have a large .7 bar spring then you have the big red spring correct? The heaviest pressure small spring they have is the small blue that gives .5 bar in the 44 mm wastegate so you can get up to 1.2 bar (17.4 psi) by ordering a small blue spring. In other words, go to that first link I gave and order the .5 bar spring for your 44mm wastegate and you will do fine.
