The DSM exhaust manifold flange should be the same as the EVO flange at the head. When I last had my manifold off, I put on an old exhaust manifold gasket from my GSX and it fit. I was curious about this myself.

BTW, I would call RRE about this before buying anything. They should know whether using this manifold will work or not on the EVO. I'm sure they've tried it before.

The evo has the accessories on the passenger side of the car and the 1G DSM have the accessories on the driver's side. Although the bolt patterns are the same at the head, the evo manifold offsets the turbo towards the driver and the DSM offsets it toward the passenger, which means that the DSM manifold will not work on an evo because the O2 housing and downpipe will hit the power steering pump.
