We have luck with both the 65 and 70 mm units. Both of which are NOT 3". 2.55 and 2.75 respecfully
I would venture to guess that is why we have never had fitment or performance issues.
Precision Dyno, I'm curious about the 2.75" version of the HK$ downpipe. Is that one made to work with their turbo kit only? Or does it bolt up to our stock o2 housing also?

I gaurantee our 3" dowpipe will clear everything and WILL NOT RATTLE, gauranteed. It is full 3" mandrel bent 304 grade stainless steel, lightest 3" downpipe on the market. Minimal bends, 3/8" thick 304 grade stainless steel flanges, NO reducers, NO resonators. Hangers are also 304 grade stainless steel. Downpipe is $275.

Kit only at this point.
Just my 2 cents, I have seen and installed full exhausts from 6 different vendors.
I like HKS because they are horribly consistent. (good thing)
But, for 2 years now I have had and still recommend the Buschur full exhaust.
It is a very well priced unit.
So I don't mean to sound contradicting, rather I can recommend what we have used and seen to work time and time again.
And no mine never rattled nor the numerous ones we have installed.

If your downpipe rattles and has been built within the last year and you bought it new from us then I will replace it, just send your back. First call so we can verify it was bought new from us and when it was bought. I'd also like to know where it is hitting, please?

Thanks,

Good looking out Dave - I was actually driving around with Alby this weekend.....it makes a racket- not sure where it is hitting speficially as we were just going to eat, but over bumps, from a dead stop, it was hitting what sounded like the x fer case. Since I did not supply it, I'll let him talk to you directly about the situation

Alby - you are in good hands with Dave - he'll make it right if it's wrong

For others looking at this thread, we have had awesome results with the Turbo XS, Ultimate Racing and Helix - have fit all of them, and none have come close to hitting. RSR is another nice unit and incorporates a test pipe as well, but they tend to not stock many in the US

Anyone heard of or have any experience with the espelir DP's?

I bought one from Lancershop.com, but read about it at www.roadraceengineering.com and I even called them and made my decision to go for it.
