How soon will the 20g be available? Will it be available as turbo alone and/or as a kit?

you only need the turbo to bolt it up. if you want a kit, buy the buschur stage 4 or something then buy the turbo separate

I would think you should be adjusting the exede in certain areas to smooth the ign timing out. The stock map is moving up and down and you can hold steady timing through the middle with the alcohol.

With the alcohol you can usually run as much boost as the stock turbo will hold - seems that you are prob close to that mark already if its holding 22

I agree with the turbine wheel sizing. That is one of the things I addressed with our 20G and that is why we modify the turbine wheel by clipping it.

IF I had the logs you would see them posted.

The turbo is a direct bolt on. I would suggest having some other modifications before just bolting it on. There are a bunch of other mods you can do that will give you more power than just bolting a turbo to a "stock" EVO.

Weather looks good for tonight, hope to get the car to the track.

The forum will not allow the file to be loaded. Has to be formatted to a jpeg or something. If I do that you guys can't use your AEM software to view it. I am going to print it, scan it and then post it.

You know I don't want to make prediction but as anyone knows with the stock turbo the cars still pull at 120 mph but they don't pull HARD. This morning the car pulled HARD as a matter of fact I didn't realize I was at 130 mph as it was just hauling butt to 7500 rpm in 4th. This was at only 22-23 psi of boost. The boost was higher than that before with the stock turbo but not at 7500 rpm, so this turbo is VERY impressive. I don't know what it will run at this boost level but I think it is going to be pretty darn good. I'll turn it up after the first run or two.
