sell me on plug type and gap

as the title says says sell me on plug type and gap.
mods:
264/272
cam gear
255 pump
680 injectors
ams f rail
head studs
full turbo back
20psi arcoss the line-HMBC
SAFC 11

I cant decide and wanted to see who had similar mods and what they were using. Thanks in advance. I may just get the OEM ones if no performance gain is/will be obtained.

Copper NGK BPR8ES with a .25 gap. One range colder than stock, which is good for 80-100hp over stock, which you should be. These will hold the boost without blowing out, but you will want to change them frequently (every few months?). A set of 4 should only cost $6-7.

Bosch platinum !!!!! hehe j/k......eh sorry I wouldn't know and I still have my stockers in but with your mods I would definitely go 1 step colder from stock for every 35-50hp I believe it is (the rule of thumb).

hey warrtalon, what is the proper gap for the one step colders? I see that the stocks are set at .25. I have the NGK 7EIX. what should be the proper gapping on those? If you know that would be great.

I have been an advocate of the copper NGK bpr8es, now I have switched over to the BR8EIX iridiums. These are the best plugs I've ever put in my car. I believe they are gapped at .027 out of the box, that's what I stuck with.

FOr those without COP I think .25 is fine. Vishnu recommends BR8ES at .24 which is what I have mine at. No problems so far.
