Got my EVo back from mitsubishi, they said that my rattle was my tranfercase (so i got a new TC). Well gues what it was not! Same rattle so it must be the trany. Any thoughts?

This thread appears to hold the new record for "most warranty work reported in a single thread". Have I just misread this or are you people actually getting mitsu to check out your cars because of noises?

What kind of clutches are you guys using? When we put a aftermarket clutch in 2 evos that we had at the shop I work at the noise wasn't nearly as bad after the install.

I'm just a bit surprised that Mitsu is being so cooperative on these. It's not like them...

What kinda clutch are u running?? I had this problem in my Evo 6...put in an Exedy Hyper-Single and then a 6 puck after that...I was told anything other than a full disc clutch will cause gear rattle in decel...
