We could do something like that. You will need the mini battery kit as well to run the upper IC pipe.

$750 Shipped for the Upper IC Pipe, Lower IC Pipe, 1G BOV, and Mini Battery Kit.

Thanks guys!

The standard upper i/c pipe that we offered has been discontinued. This was the one that allowed the use of the stock battery. We only offer our Deluxe upper i/c pipe. Our Deluxe UPPER pipe will work with the stock intercooler, any of the 3 intercoolers we offer and any other production FMIC from any other company that I have seen so far.

This lower i/c pipe is a replacement for the stock lower rubber intercooler pipe that runs from the stock outlet pipe on the turbo to the stock FMIC. I haven't tried to see if it will fit with our standard FMIC upgrade that usually uses the rubber stock hose.

Our Deluxe FMIC kit comes with a lower pipe also. That lower pipe replaces the factory stock outlet pipe and then joins our FMIC which has the other portion of the lower i/c pipe intergrated into it.

As a side note on the couplings. The lower couplings on the EVO's are tearing because the motor mounts in the EVO's SUCK! The engine moves back and forth over 2" on the weak stock rubber mounts. We just finished the first set of our new polyurethane engine mounts and are going to test fit them this week. This will eliminate couplings ripping, poor shifting and the engine moving around.

david,

i remember reading a while back in some thread that an engine dampener would put more strain on the transmission.. i'd assume that this would happen as well with stiffer engine mounts... of course, i don't know how accurate the original statement was, so can i get your opinion?

David,

If this new pipe doesn't fit with your "Standard" intercooler upgrade nor other aftermarket front mounts (with horizontal inlets) (as I imagine it does not), does the possibility exsist to make one that does?

Please let me know as I would be very interested, as would many others I would imagine.

I will look at the next car we get in to see if it works with our standard FMIC kit. It should be easy to make work if it doesn't.

here is another one to throw into the mix - Ultimate Racing's. Not cheap, I know, but here it is never the less:
