hey just installed the hks hipower, lovin it, its just that one nut didnt fit on the cat, BIG LEAK. ill get a new nut tomorrow (if anyone know how i should ask for the nut like a specific name, cause im just bring the nut to them) and also, should i reset the ECU, take the neg. battery off ect? thanks

 

Whats up man, I also have the hi-power and I would say that you should just take the other nut and bolt and just match it, that would insure a right fit, And no, you dont have to reset it.

 

thanks, also a lot of people said it gets louder as you go to WOT, it gets quieter for me lol

 

Both of the stock nuts should fit at the cat. Just make sure you put both nuts on before you tighten them down.

i got a new nut, sounds a lot better without that leak. so how long does a break in take?

 

Sounds real mean at WOT with a test pipe. I didnt know it sounds so nice until changing to a testpipe recently(was using a high flow cat).
