Well join the club You shouldnt have any problems even with your mods, I didnt have any trouble at that time with the mods I had. Although, I recommend if you do have them fix it, I dont know how many miles are on your clutch, but if you want to throw a new clutch in, get a stock clutch if you want to keep your tranny warrantied. I made that mistake of having them put an ACT HD in and they would no longer warranty the tranny after the 5th gear grind came back, which a lot have even after the TSB fix.

Should be able to the coverage is to 60K. Most Mitsus will do this without a complaint. My dealership knows the mods I've done but they weren't going to turn away the ridiculous money the factory was paying them to do this work.
Good for you and them

Wow Glad they fixed yours. Are you on stock clutch and did they give you any hassles?

its in schaumburg, IL. suburban chicago, i was on a stock clutch but decent amount of mods, they didn't hassle me one bit, test drop it, found the grind right away, and fixed 3rd, 4th, adn 5th gears. wasn't too good with attitude but they got the job done without any problems
