My parents just bought me a brand new 05 and im sooooooo happy..well anyways lol
i was wondering how do i porperly break in the engine n for how long?
no shifts over 4k for 1k miles?

Hope u enjoy it as much as we do ours. One advice i'll give is this...... In the near future if u want to increase your Horsepower after u get all the bolt-ons don't forget to Ecutek!!! it's reflashing your ecu you definetly won't be disappointed
Remember Above all else don't race anyone u see on the road and just have fun with it " Responsibly" And one more thing Welcome to EVOLUTIONM.NET

Anyway, the prescribed Mitsu-specific break-in procedure is not to go over 5K rpm (not 4k) for 600 miles. No full boost and don't go all 600 miles in the same gear at the same speed. Be sure to break in the brakes at the same time by going easy on them with slow stops...
