I would go with a GT30 Series honestly. It will get you what you want and you can choose (trim) depending on how you want your HP to be delivered.

I agree with GTEVO, if you are only looking for 400awhp look at the GT30R line-up. With a stroker, it should spool close to 3500rpm and give you close to 400awhp on pump gas, with a good tune.

I would also recommend getting your head done, as you will want to be able to flow the extra air your engine is moving.

if your only looking for 400whp. I would just run stroker with alky kit and 272's (stock turbo and assuming you already have 02 housing and 10.5 hotside) and should be putting a little over 400whp.

Why go with stroker vs turbo kit ? ... well you'll have better bottom end if you decided to go for a more aggressive setup at later time. On the other hand, you can just go upgrade your pistons \ rods and get a GT35R.

Personally, I'm planning to go with stroker kit with Buschur 20G and stick with my HKS 264's.

I would go with a buschur stroker kit, and an FP3065 Turbo, with 272, 272 cams, and a utec or an aem ems

I think a fp28 or fp30 series with cams and aem ems..should do it for you.
