White Rabbit Deals Another 400 Whp Dyno
On Saturday I finally got to the dyno.I would like to thank Malibu Jack for coming out and being a part of the dyno testing. It was also nice to have Carlos bring his evo to the dyno to get tuned also.Junior form Moto, and Craig Paisley was also there.Despite the 94 degree temps and humid day we made 394 whp/ 398 tq.The stock actuator was pulling 25 psi on the dyno.To bad I couldn't get an upgraded one in time like switzer used on their dyno run.I was really excited to drive the car after we tuned it and it's a complete blast from idle to 8,000.I'm sure Jack could chime in about the power curve this car made.We were going over the graphs in detail and checking all the settings. As soon as the sun dropped it felt like the car picked up even more power it's crazy when I stomp the pedal it just rips!!
hey u2slo its mike with the black evo that was down there a few weeks ago. anyway nice to hear your liking your WR. friend alex with blue wrx was down there other week he said your car is nice and run lol. anyhow i think i coming down this coming up weekend. so will see you soon. and maybe can see if you and Malibu Jack can make me a MAP Sensor lol. or which part number. anyhow have fun and dont rip the tires up to much

Yes, the car was run on race gas.. the low boost numbers weren't bad either..
I can't begin to describe the power curve of this car, Its not so much a peak number, but it hits around 390whp and stays there through redline. Torque peaks at 398 and stays fairly flat for quite awhile, at redline the car is still making over 250tq
This was on a hot day with diluted air in the dyno room too.. This turbo is a street warriors dream! I can only hope the BR20G can make the same results.

Having been in the car prior to the tune when it was apparently 30whp down over its current state I can attest to how nicely his setup works together. Good to see a well matched setup get its just results. Also, if im not mistaken the car was only holding 22psi to redline on the dyno with the stock wastegate actuator in place. Once someone inevitably replicates the boost curve that Tym Switzer was able to on his shop car (27 peak- 25psi) I think the numbers are going to become even more impressive.
Also, without knowing the exact octane value of the mix I would think Alky/Meth injection on pump would allow you to come pretty close to replicating the same results as Pete's car as from what I know he only runs 110.

This car had basic boltons, upgraded intercooler and upper pipes, turbo back exhaust, injectors, HKS 272/272, UTEC, HKS-DLI2 etc.. Nothing that couldn't be replicated on race gas with a good tune..
